Lose weight by drinking water

You may wonder, can I really lose weight by drinking water? I don’t like taking water or I do not have time to drink water, am too busy! But do you know that water is one of the Most important elements that make up a complete or balanced diet?

Importance of water

One of the Importance of drinking water is that it helps to loose weight; First of all, water has no calories, is fat-free and cholesterol-free, and is low in sodium. Second, it is an appetite suppressant. Third, water helps the body to metabolize stored fat. How? Well, when the kidneys do not have enough water, they cannot function properly. The liver steps in as a backup, but doing so hinders its ability to metabolize fat effectively. The fat thus remains stored in the body, and you gain weight. Hence, as Dr. Donald Robertson of the Southwest Bariatric Nutrition Center in Scottsdale, Arizona, U.S.A., says, “proper water intake is a key to weight loss. If people who are trying to lose weight don’t drink enough water, the body can’t metabolize the fat adequately.”

Water is the most important nutrient and the most abundant substance in the human body. It comprises about three quarters of the human mass and is a major component in every cell. In addition water is important to human health for fitness and fat loss. Water fills us up without adding any calories, also very important for removing toxins from the human body.

It is right to say that we can lose weight with drinking water. Water is helpful in burning calories which are good for weight lose.I suggest everyone to drink more than 10 glass of water in a day.

Water is one of the most vital substances our body needs. It is a great dietary tool and one that can be easily incorporated into everyday life. Water hydrates our body and helps it work efficiently and boosts our metabolic rate, which gives energy and helps to burn calories.

Water should not be taken in between meals because it dilutes the digestive juices.Its true Water reduce your appetite and can help you to loose.

i want to put on the weight but i drink too much of water is this is the reason i am not able to put on weight.

I dont know that drinking lot of water would actually loose the weight or not but i know that drinking lot of water keep you healthy. It clean the dirt inside our stomach so that you stay healthy.
