When US drones kill 45 ultras in Afghanistan, couldn't it be classified as under capital punishment or the death penalty? It could be applied to all drone and military attacks. Isn't sentencing persons to captial punishment after a judicial process and killing ultras via planes the same thing? What do you think ?

Both are not the same. In case of award of Capital punishment to an accused, he stands a fair trial. Whereas the so called Ultras being bombed by drones in Afghanistan are merely suspects or figures of statistics to support military surge, consequent purchase of arms from Weapons Contractors, increase the budget deficit of US budget, eventually bleed US economy to death and transfer the Superpower status to the Aspirant Nation.
