Hunger as a Global Emerging Issue

Hunger in many parts of the world has been a major disaster and a global emerging issue. Recently thousands of Somalia refugees have been fleeing their country, seeking food and shelter in their neighbouring countries. This posse as a National Security threat to the various next door countries like Kenya and others, as a result of the well known Al-shabab Militia intruding the host countries. Would it be wise for the Kenyan and other bordering countries to open up their borders for the Somalia refugees during this hunger strike at the horn of Africa?
