What is ethics, fairness, justice, constructive thinking!
July 4, 2011 - 11:58 AM

I would think we all know the definition of the above – fairness, ethics, constructive thinking, progressive development. Yet there are elements that seem to hold contrary views. To them concepts such as ethics, fairness, constructive thinking etc. are “jargons” – not in tune with reality. Their definition of reality is the reason I blame for blatant corruption, open practice of communalism, segregation, and destructive thinking.
For example, take shopping, or take fun trips or family trips. These elements work together and target individuals and groups – and for what purpose- for harassment. They want to “show” their sense of empowerment. So now, “costs” have gone up. We need to have more and more costs and sacrifices. What starts off as a funtrip ends up being a dreaded, frustrating, high tension, totally unenjoyable trips. Usually such elements belong to the majority group. Talk to them of social issues, social justice, equality….it will not ring a bell…but you might get a big bellyful of laugh. However, on issues of communalism, they are the first to get excited…so eager to show they are part of team .
It is not they are unaware and have no understanding of concepts such as ethics, fairness, responsibility….it is that they willingly, deliberately choose to implement bad practices. This is not the same as the pranks of youngsters. They have designed a system that functions on such – tension, negative emotions, bad practices...they call it being a part of the “society” – their definition of society.

Contd....

What happens if one does not confirm?
The harassments continue in many different forms. They use “anger” a lot. You know the moment they start using anger – theirs is not a mutually beneficial outlook. They are not looking for a constructive open system. They want to control and dominate – using anger, fear, hatred, communalism, religious segregation etc. We – the minority become subject of these emotions. I use minority group although they justify it by providing “many different excuses.”
Thus I do not want to confirm to their demands because the very foundation of such a system is unjust, biased, corrupt, and negative. They call it “trying” and essentially – we the minority group must “willingly, sensibly come to understanding and give them what they want.” They want to “play”, they want to “enjoy”, they want to “gel (make friendships)” and so on and we have to wisely play along.
No! Enough of it. These elements need to be fought with. They have to understand that such “outdated”, unprogressive, destructive thinking and practices will leave us all in deep quagmire in the long term. They are eroding all sense of civil society and justice. This has broad implications for humanity as a whole.
If they want to make a point – let them start by taking up constructive practices, implementing good practices. Let them focus on social issues. Let them shift the focus to community and social development and let those be the metrics of evaluation – not conformance to their demands.

"What is need by the individuals, what are their dreams, their challenges, wish and like" these develop the systems, create that what you call fear, hatre, segregation, descrimination and other unjust practices, but why? You may gues them explain" the survival of the fittest" that make negative of everything, resources for them, opportunies for them leaving behind the majorities who experiences avoidable circumstances, and they just not end in segragation but even in wars and they explain"its for political development" but in reality its for economic gain. The systems that operates are for their benefits, are on their favor....but who realy are these! Where and how do they get power, and why them? Why not the truth and reality operates?
