Does globalization impact the edcuational expectations for females?

Development can be thought of as a process of expansion of the real freedoms that individuals enjoy. The determining factors can be many. What impact the educational expectations for females around the globe? I would appreciate your input.

Globalization certainly opens the job market across the world, specially for women. The advent of new technologies along with Internet creates a boom.
