No I don't think I am healthy enough, but I would like to try. Building muscle to have a strong body is OK but if you are body building muscle for the sake of image then this idea should be thought out some more.

I think I am since a few weeks ago, because I started a healthy diet, and since last week, I decided to go to the gym once a week! but I think it depends on everyone's definition of "what is to be healthy?"

What about girls building muscle so that they can defend themselves? Just because guys build muscle anyway doesn't mean they will put it to good use. I'm not sure the relation between guys having muscle and feeling safe is really that strong. Anyway, having muscle doesn't ensure health. You must find healthy a balance exercise right for your body and schedule. Also, eating right and tending mental health is equally important.

Yes I believe im the healthiest person I know. I eat a lot of fruits, fish, and grain. Also the way i keep physique up is having sex. I burn a lot of calories and break a sweat. I am also an athlete i stay in the gym, after basketball practice i go to another gym and work on things i think im lacking in.

I am not healthy enough. I barely excercise. I don't eat breakfast, and my lunch hours consist of fast food or junkfood.
However, I plan to change this soon by joining track.

I think I am healthy overall. There are some things that I could improve in, like eating so much junk. The thing is that I stay active and I do not constantly eat junk food.I eat balanced meals as well so I can maintain a balanced diet. wink

Health, being healthy, healthy human... These concepts changes from person to person. I think im healthy but not perfect. Because first of all im not a athlete but i'm trying to do gym every day as i can. Except that i regularly eat fruits and vegetables. Nevertheless im not a healthy person, because as all students i sit so much during my lessons and it makes me sore and tired. sad
