Looking for internship in sustainable tourism

Hi,
I am a post diploma student in international development studying at Humber College in Toronto Ontario Canada. In order to graduate we all have to complete an 8 week long internship (about 300 hours). I would like to put what I've learned to use in an organization that does community based tour initiatives. Does anyone know of an organization that might be the non-profit chapter for an adventure travel company or good organizations that are looking for interns? Any help would really be appreciated since I have been all over lonely planet, Bootsnall, couch surfing and Idealist but have had no luck.
