How to edit any book with images in .doc format in USA? Have anybody some suggestions?

Open that file in MS Word and start editing it.

Open Office is a good free alternative if you don't have access to Microsoft products in your location/country.

But how can you edit an image in MS Word. You can only resize it. Am I wrong here?

No you are not wrong. MS Word is a word processor. You can insert images, but you will only be able to resize/place within the document. If you want to do image editing, you'll need a photo editor.

Photoshop is a popular choice, however might not be available for you. GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) is a free alternative. It will do pretty much everything Photoshop will.

Just go to www.onlinedocumentconversion.com register & buy some credits then convert your book easily into doc format. If you have any difficulty, contact their ‘After Sales Support & Service’ team.

Go to www.onlinedocumentconversion.com upload your PDF pages, convert them to rtf & then edit them! If you have any difficulty, contact their ‘After Sales Support & Service’ team – they are a bunch of friendly and helpful folks & I am sure you will like taking their help.
