Is Gaddafi a good leader?

I still wonder why this number of people have to die before he gives in. I am not questioning his personality but only basing my assessment of him on the number of years he had ruled Libyan people.I think that a wise man should know when he had over stayed his welcome in anothers house. Gaddaffi over threw anothers government to perpetuate and immortalizes his own self-does such thing works? I gues that his own dictionary ommited the meaning of 'change'-only thing that is costant. If you over stay in a position of civil leadership,you are simply telling the future generation that you are the best they could get and no one else. I believe that Gaddaffi is now fantacizing that Libyan leadership is his birth right-position you snatched from someone else. Please friends i beg for someone to tell me good things he know about this man Gaddaffi

A good leader is the one who proves a good governance,the principles we live in contends that we are the supprime the goverment belongs to us,The goodness of Libian goverment is on making majority fine with the economic like incertives,the issue then is not to get basic needs but also to see what majority likes,as no best way of doing things then no best leader and so changes are inevitable especialy in this time when we all know and all can perfom like never be before.

Gaddafi...it depends on what you think constitutes a good leader. If you think a good leader is someone who oppresses innocent civilians for years and years, then yes perhaps he is a great leader. IF not, he definitely is not a good leader.

Gaddafi was a good leader only that he stayed too long in the office. I wish we could have such a leader in Nigeria cos our leaders here have pocketed us and our wealth.

The struggle for the African Union is one of the good things Gaddafi did. the issue good leaders staying in power is a particular problem in Africa. personally i don't think Gaddafi was a completely bad man he was like all the other dinosaur African leaders we have today whom the media and citizens are saying good things about them but the day their turn will came like Gaddafi people will say they were bad men.
I pray all leaders in Africa with ten years at most to leave power.
