A lack of concentration can be caused by stress, and a lack of concentration will inevitably cause you to forget even the most basic things. One of the most effective stress management activities you can do is sit down and try to think about the most important things that need to be accomplished that day--and then do them. Also, throw an item on your list that involves doing something nice for someone special. Doing something nice for someone everyday is guaranteed to relieve some social stresses.

I have read that stress, in all of its forms, hurts the immune system.

It is a dangerous thing for me. If you are taking stress for whatsoever reason you are killing yourself rather resolving that problem which cause you stress. Even in younger generation stress is a very common and dangerous problem. I request to all please be happy and try to remain happy at the time. Otherwise stress will harm you.

There are so many physical and emotional symptoms associated with stress that it has been called the silent killer. Stress comes in several different types, there are exciting, good things that happen to us such as getting a new job. While these things make us happy. In addition we have sudden bad types of stressors, such as losing our job, money problems, etc. Common physical symptoms of stress include muscle tension, headaches, low back pain, insomnia and high blood pressure. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- online payday loan

It is damaging only if not controlled properly; that means managing stress the way you should be.

Stress is definitely the silent killer. Look at our today's lifestyle. Work late, strive to succeed and forced to make ends meet. As a result, this has badly affected our diet, sleep, normal routine and because of these, illness starts to develop. Our body cannot function properly and whatever damaged in our system takes time to repair. There's no doubt on this statement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- aquarium fish | bekko koi

Stress definitely has a major impact on our life, I feel as though stress is something that is always going to be inevitable. We're always pushing ourselves to do the best we can at work and at home, which causes a lot of stress on our lives.

Meditation is the most effective way to reduce stress. Meditation can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it the inner peace. It trains the mind to focus and achieve clarity, while promoting relaxation and fostering a spiritual connection. There are many ways to practice meditation, including guided exercises and special breathing techniques, but part of the experience often includes the burning of Herbal Incense.

I agree that Stress is a silent killer, but with proper education on how to handle this and a good yoga class and a deep meditation is an effective one.

Stress is definitely evident in our society. Whenever we feel pressured to finish something, or be the best in whatever we're doing, we feel the stress full on. But stress can be avoided, and it has an antidote:
Laughter!
