Japan's shadowy information
March 17, 2011 - 09:44 AM

nerdyI can't help but watch the news concerning the recent huge earthquake and following tsunami in Japan... Now add the danger of a nuclear meltdown.
Two questions come to my mind, the first not original but heard on CNN voiced by an expert on nuclear reactors. Why has the World Nuclear Energy Comission not been directly involved in the salvage process?
Next, why has the Japanese government posted apparent watered - down information about the magnitude of the nuclear danger.
It is a dire strait when politics becomes more important than human lives.

Grand Inquisitor: I see that you are quite young but have voiced quite a mature opinion. Congratulations, I hope that more people like you share their thoughts and help to develop actions that may save what is left of this world.
