Toxic dumping in Somali coasts!

The industrial countries constantly dump waste products of their finished goods into Somalian coast. The rapidly growing piracy on that coast followed by the NATO troops on the Eastern African coasts in the name of containing piracy is fundamentally a conspiracy! These piracies were initially fishers but when the developed, highly speedy Western Boats begun fishing illegally in Somali coasts, the piracy stood up as defenders. Unfortunately they were labelled as Piracy!
A reporter Paul Morera has made a controversial documentary and discovered how the western companies protected by NATO troops regularly are dumping toxics in these water. In his documentary, he further revealed the impact of these toxics on the Somalian children. Many people who are even far away from the coastal areas have been seen by the signs of those toxics!
To protect the catastrophe of these toxics, what do you think it would be effectively tackled and further who should be considered as to be accountable for this crises?
