InterChange is excited to moderate a forum discussion during the
upcoming Ontario Humanist Society Conference. The event will take
place on April 9, 2011 in the Peace Lounge, 7th Floor at OISE, Toronto, CANADA(see

The topic of the forum is:
"Revolution 2011: Global Youth and International Trends, Human Rights,
and the Impact of Social Media & Democratic Values"
The organizers are currently looking for volunteers to sit on the
panel. The panel will be comprised of young adult leaders from the GTA
who will represent their communities and themselves in discussing
these significant topics relative to their ethno-cultural groups in
the Middle East and North Africa.Panellist presentations will be
followed by questions from the audience and general discussion.
The organizers are currently looking for young adults, male or female
(ages 18-30) from North Africa and the Middle East to be on the panel
with Anne Goodman, the panel’s moderator.
In addition, the organizers are looking for a volunteer, preferably
male, who can represent their country/community from a personal
personal perspective in such subtopics as: the revolution in
expectations, especially among the youth/young adult populations; the
role of social media in social change; human rights and democratic
values; the role of women in the changes in their
communities/societies and other subtopics that may be suggested by the
panel.
