how to resign from projects?

how do I resign from a project which I am a member of which I do not want to be a member of anymore (mostly because the project is dead, and nothing going on there)?
if it is not possible to resign from a project, could it possibly be added as a feature?

You certainly can at any time!
Just go to http://projects.takingitglobal.org/projectname
and then look under the list of "Who's Involved"
After the last name, it says "You are a member of this project"
Click the "leave this project" link and you're all done!
