I really need your help! Pleaseee...I have to done this by Wednesday. If anyone read this book(first part), write something about your emotions while you were reading, your thoughts.... Do you think Quijote really was mad?
What did Cervantes wanted to point us? Which part of the book was the most interesting?

Yes,Anu, you are right.Thank you for your advice.
I am unexperienced with these on-line discussions, this is my first time to post something.
Well, about DQ :
My first impression about him was that he is really mad, actually an idiot. But on second thoughts, I realized that he is just a man who wants to make better the world he is living in. He ran from every-day boring, unexciting life into world where he can help others, into world which is exciting, full of adventures.
DQ is very inteligent man (his speach about soldiers and students, about past times), imaginative, big idealist and very brave. But he doesn't understand people around him and they don't understand him.
I felt sorry about him and Sancho Pansa every time they were beaten up.
And I think that Cervantes wanted also to say that novels about chivalry should not be taken serously, but for fun.
