Nepotism and cronyism that is the main cause of injustice in some Arab countries, constitute the greatest challenge to deal with corruption, inefficiency, as the criterion lead to the infringement of the right due to work or any other right, and leads directly to a lack of appropriate mental work and widespread feeling of injustice felt by Individuals and corruption directly or indirectly
What is the solution?
When will the criterion is efficiency and the ability to achieve real equality and the public interest?
