I don't know how to submit my assignments.I thought it was by starting projects but it turned out that was wrong!!!!!!!!!I really need help because i've got to submit my next assignment soon and i can;t afford to fail this one too.My dad's mad at me because he thinks it my fault but it isn't!!Its the website,its confusing.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you elaborate your problem, please?
When you say you cannot submit your assignment, do you mean that you cannot access the website to which you need to submit the homework (assuming that what I am thinking right now is correct)?
If you know your professor's email address, you can try submitting it through email, if s/he allows you to.
