It's so sad to see leaders still cling to power despite their deteriorating health conditions. I remember Fidel Castro- ex-Cuban leader who clang to power for a long time despite his weakness and poor health. Eventually he had to relinquish his leadership to his younger brother. I would highly recommend that countries should have in their constitution that when the Head of State ails, he should leave the office, if he/she is nursing a terminal illness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How can we build a world built on a quicksand of inequality?
