Help needed from North/ South America

Hi everyone. My name is Kyohei, and I’m from Japan.
In the coming August, I am planning to travel from Canada down to Argentina on a car for a year, and I was wondering if anyone can help me out to plan out my journey. I don’t want to end this journey by it self, and therefore I am trying to work out something, something I can do on my way to help out for the better.
That's why I need your participation and advice.
As for me, I will be traveling with 3 people. We will be filming our journey on our way, with a help from several Japanese companies to make a documentary.
We are currently brain storming on how and when and what to do, and therefore if anyone has a great idea or a generosity to help us out, it will be great, and I’d really appreciate it.
