Child witches of Nigeria, a disgusting practice that must be stopped.

I have just seen an item on the news about children being classed as witches and either being cast out of their village, mutilated or even killed.
It showed a couple of sisters that had been cast out a few years before trying to return to their home again. However some disgusting old man ran at them with a large machete saying he would kill them if they didn't leave.
What on earth is going on? I am sorry, I know I am taking a western moral high ground and that I have benefited from years of education and civilising influences but in the 21st centuary, something must have trickled through. Nigeria is one of the most forward and modern countries in sub-Saharan Africa and the government there must be lobbied to stamp out this barbaric and illogical behavior.
Does anybody know who we can contact to start the ball rolling.

Witch Hunts threwout History
come when Women and Childern
start to stand up for the power to live in their homes with out malice.
Some childern,
like any other animals
have quailtys that attract
And those childern, who are thought at birth, or when they are tiny to be Witches
are for them most part just
VERY VERY BRIGHT!!
And people fear
Who they will become
it is like the Carismatic Hitler
some poeple have the power at birth to understand and use things around them as they see them to there atvandgae
Now I do not believe in Witchs
Because if you read the old
Codex
it says the first Rule is READING
the thaught being if you can bake a cake for a recipt
you can build a Weapon
But when people become Frightened
Then Become SuperStishuse!!!!!
Fear is noones FREIND
I am so very very sad
to hear it is still happening her in our times
But as times get harder
I can not help thinking
More women and childern
will be speaking up
as they are given no choice when their lieves are being so domanated
by those who have no care for them
To bad, they could not just send them all to me, or any other women who would take them in
Or Man for that matter
There must be someone who wants them
