Hi Folks,
I want to start a project to provide basic skills in Communication, English and Computer for rural people who are deprived of these.
Currently we are a small group. For this noble cause, we require funds to perform this activity.
How do I go about asking for funds? Is there any inputs? Please let me know.

Before you can even begin to find funding for a project you need to develop a reasonably detailed outline of exactly what it is you're trying to do, how you plan to accomplish your goals, and how funding will help you do that.

In addition to what has been mentioned, you would also need to have a clear and transparent reporting system for the funds that you have acquired and the expenses you have. A list of the people involved as well as their responsibilities and what they bring to the table can also help you build your project's credibility which will help you acquire the funds you need.
