Bagmati and its pathetic condition

Those who stand and say or do nothing are also party to the wrong. We may blame the squatters and so many others for Bagmati river's pathetic condition today, however, those of us who do not raise even a whisper when someone dumps a plastic of garbage on the river's banks are equally to blame for it. What do you think is the need of the present hour to revive the Bagmati? Share any creative idea to bring the river back to its pristine beauty.

for people who are on the edge of servival the world issues do not even come into play
But a movment to help their conditions
as the learn what they need to bring
safty and secruty to themselvs can bring on the changes that is needed for the River
People who are trying to servive,
do not have the same sence of sercuity those Humans have that can look and make judgments from afar
Where I live we have no excuse
But still the issue of the Rivers are still a subject of Danger
CLean water is a basic life requirment
But how to get people to understand the issue
I will be looking forward to hearing what people think
to the fuutre of the world
and its Humanity
Love E

Thats the alloy of global life, life of both complexity and simplicity....more than ever today, we seek leaders/policy makers with the wisdom to look at the problems of the world as global without missing the view of the locals..without missing what the world means to the locals..as you point out the world means food on the table..safe drinking water and some other basic needs..yet to the ..world there is more..may be Global warming..Culture and its evolution..etc... We need to know what matters to the World as well as what the world means to the locals...Everyday we have such leaders coming into the lime light everyday we need more of such...

I have to agree, Leadership is a huge thought in my mind.
Because at the end of the Day, all things are dealth with in the Home.
But even in a Global issue,
Cleaning up the filth, that has been allowed to our fresh water supply's
OUr Air, etc
We need all those things in good working order. to live,
As the only Planet we kown of
that can sustain life. As we know it.
We are going to have to be VERY sure our leaders are going to lead us in New Directions, and hope the word Treehugger becomes a thing of the past
A Healthy FUTURE
Love
E
