They say 'tough times never last, but tough people do'. Do you believe this saying holds true? Have you personally gone through or come across anyone who proves this saying true?

I think I have,
I also like the saying, when times are tough, the wise get tougher
or something like that
But yes, I have seen it
people always Rise to the Occassion
it is what makes us Human
