CAN YOU TAKE ANOTHER APPROACHES GCAP FOR FIGHTING POVERTY?

for as much as i appreciate the effort by members of the global call to action against Poverty GCAP, i am at the same time disappointed that their campaign strategies against poverty tend not to create any positive impacts on the reduction of this deadly weapon.
for the passed years and uptil now, everything about the campaigns of GCAP are "stand up against poverty" whereby huge amounts of funds are used in staging these events around the world. therefore,can we use next year's budget for these same events to support large scale community farming around the world
so that by the time you are ready to use this money on stand up events the farmers will be able to harvest their farms and return your money again.
