KACC STALEMATE.

The decision by the Kenyan parliament to annul the gazette notice by the president has not only caused a serious but also legal stalement in the country. Regardless of the request or the order (however you phrase it) to the president to reverse the appointment, the president has no powers to do so. According to the law that they themselves created the KACC Director can only be removed from office if he resigns or if the president appoints a tribunal and it finds him corrupt or incompetent to perform his duties due to an illness.
This now begs the questions, doe the parliament understand the laws that it makes or does just do things just to please people. The act was meant to avoid the president firing at will and at current the president cannot fire him and it is therefore incorrect to blame the president for his continued stay in the office
