The Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (MIGS) research initiative The Will to Intervene (W2I) Project will release its groundbreaking plicy report "Mobilizing the Will to Intevene:Leadership and Action to Prevent Mass Atrocities" Monday, September 21 at 1 pm at the United States Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C.

Thank you my brother for this vital information.
Please i am not only interested in hearing or seeing the report but interested in seeing robust actions against this barbaric act all over the world. especially in the African continent where we have suffered too much into the hands of these heartless dimons.
i will be most happy to join such campaign if there is any to come by.
