In my view, legalising organ trading is like legalising prostitution. It hasn't stopped or reduced trafficking. In the same way legalising organ trade, especially in India, where rules may be stringent but are never applied with equal force, will only lead to illegal organs getting mixed with legal organs. Its easy to exploit the poor and other vulnerable and illiterate people and make it seem that they are willing to be legal donors. The potential for illegal trade to be disguised as legal trade is so great.
This is my view, though I maybe wrong.
