**How do information and communication technologies change people's lives? What are the best ways to measure such changes? As we look forward, where and how should we invest our resources. The Global Impact Study of Public Access to Information and Communication Technologies is a five-year international research project dedicated to answering these questions, figuring out the best ways to answer them, building research capacity, and generating knowledge that can lead to better prorammes and policies.
The Global Impact Study has recently launched a quarterly newsletter to share findings and progress on research that is examing what ICT really does for communities and people in developing countries.
Take a look and sign up to receive future editions to keep up-to-date on the developments of this exciting endeavour!
