Race superiority wars

I do not know how many times I have to just say "here we go again!"
People never seem to get over fighting about who is wrong and what to do about it, in South Africa. The black people blame the white people and visa versa, the whole time. The worst part is it never seems to end and it causes friction in the brittle state were in. The question is, how do other countries handle race issues? Or is South Africa "a different story" as some put it.

Sadly people seem to hate one another all the time, whether it is race, colour, religion or tribe.
Just about every country has their lower orders and it will always be so for as far as I can see.
Here in the UK the indigenous white people are against whatever stranger is dominating their area. This is changing as well for now the Afro-Caribbean and African sections are sometimes against the Indian/Pakistani peoples. Nowadays nearly all are suspicious of the Muslims or even just men with beards.
In Uganda, they threw out the Asians and I believe, the Chinese. In Morocco, they look down on the Tunisians and so it goes.
Sadly, all we can hope for is an uneasy peace and do our best to love one another and try to find the goodness in each other. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jo Devizes knows a womens website that is rather good.

Lots of times sweeping generalizations about the "other" aid in creating hatred for the "other". Everyone claims to be superior to other. I personally feel its a sort of inferiority complex where people keep trying to show that they're superior - in their race or their clothes or their food or religion, any silly thing. If we can learn to accept that everyone deserves fair treatment and not look down arrogantly on anyone else, we'll progress a lot.

Hartley's run to Canada has done it again! I hope the inquiry team doesn't reverse the original ruling, because if he is sent back here...he will die.

The ruling elites use many tactics to maintain their positions of power. As it is human to evolve new and better ways the ruling elite are dedicated to undermining this process. They wish things to remain exactly as they are with them in control. Unfortunately divide and rule is one of their strongest weapons as we seem to crave some form of "tribal" identity. We strive to overcome because to quote a song "If you tolerate this, then your children will be next." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Andy ehwhiteboy

people often say that they are neutral when it comes to race and religion. But, really, the sad fact is that most people live a very competitive life and when people's opinions differ the only way people can "resolve" the conflict is to decide which race, religion, or age is "better". of course it is all nonsense about which colour of skin or whose god(s) are better, but that seems to be the "default" way that people can cope with conflict. *

Dalai lama has said it all. Compassion is what make our life meaningful is is the source of all lasting happiness and joy. And is the foundation of a good heart, the heart of one who acts out of a desire to help others. Through kindness, through affection, through honesty, through truth and justice towards all others we ensure our own benefit. This is not a matter for complicated theorizing. It is a matter of common sense there is no denying the consideration of others is worth-while. There is no denying that our happiness is inextricably bound up with the happiness of others. There is no denying that if society suffers we ourselves suffers. Nor is there any denying that the more our heart and minds are afflicted with ill-will, the more miserable we become. Thus we can reject everything else; religion, ideology, all received wisdom but we cannot escape the necessity of love and compassion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adeoya w
