well, it is good that some body like you seem to show some concerns over this particular topic. I think if somebody is seeking refuge elsewhere for genue reasons, then i think there should be some amount of considerations. this happened even during the brutal armed conflict in my country sierra leone through UNHCR and other bodies, several sierra leonians were resettled in different countries across the world.
so i think the discussion should continue so that we can look at the issue properly.
