Patriotic Act II affect us all !!!

I don't know about you, but I don't like if somebody read my personal email and share it with other,( when I send a private email to a friend disccussing my and her private life). I don't feel good when I know that somebody have access to all my internet activities ( chat room, my shopping interest, what I ordered ,my credit card info).
I don't know about u, but I really hate the fact that my neighbor might be spying on me, what kind of party I have, who is coming, whos is not and why, and sharing this info with the government that is suppose to protect my right for privacy.
I don't know about u, but franckly I feel uneasy knowing that somebody is listening to every phone conversation I make, who I am talking too, and why I have a big argument with my husband about what happen the night before in our bedroom. this is all good if a person is a terrorist, or planning to do an act to harm our country. but to pass an act like patriotic act II, that might include anybody for just marching in an anti-war demostration, or not agrreeing with a politician comment. that this is against what the United Stated constitution stand for, it will turn this country of ours to be like any dictatorship country that don't let its citizen to express their right freely.
I don't know about u, but to be detained for a make up reason without any right for a fair trial or even an attorney is not what this country stand for. but guess what? if patriotic act II pass, than this is what this country will be standing for.

We need to protect our freedoms -- we can't let them slowly be taken away. Voice your opinion to your senators and congressmen!

It is really frightening to think that all of our freedoms will be sucked down a drain without a second thought if this act is past. In my opinion, I would like to be able to have every citizen of this country speak up when they feel the need to because then the wrongs can be righted if the government would listen to the people. Isn't that what freedom of speech is for? To listen to the people and gather their opinions and then make a decision. And even if not, the people still should be able to speak up for what they feel is right. Because we are all humans and we can all think and feel. Are we not supposed to do that either? America is a wonderful country. The FREEDOMS and OPPORTUNITY is what make it such a great country. The PEOPLE make it a great country. So why are we taking that all away?
