So what is the biggest motivation in Kofi Anans action, what is the rational of his giving the "enevelope' to ICC, the rational of the Kenyan goverment representatives going to see the ICC prosecutor Moreno Ocampo, What is the best best thing for Kenya today????
Do you believe Kenya's justice system is a toothless dog!
My verdict: For the time being, Hague is the best option, Koffi Anan's decision is best, He justifys it,not just with words, but with Law's most acient phrase, "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied"
Kenyan systems can work but not for this case, Yes they will work but not for the time being, speed is the priority. 2012 is approaching so fast, soon, we will have elections, the new constitution is not in place, Kenyans have come to far to go back to 2007/8 and behind! Give us Justice and give it Now! Haille Koffi Annan!
For the Kenyan Goverment and Africa at Large, Obama's horn still roars loud and clear, though from far, his message has spread across through this great continent, paraphrased; Set up instituions that work, Democracy and instituional reforms will work for you! its upto you to roll up your sleeves and put your house in order!

All the problems that we have in this country are as a result of leaders who do not care about the rest of us, these guys are all about their self interest and nothing else. Whoever came up with that idea of the envelope knew this and am glad they did it. I would have liked to see the perpetrators tried here in kenya but to be honest, I do not think that is ever going to happen. ...So Ocampo do your work!
