PEACE

I believe that peace and unity both come as a consequence of love. So the greatest weapon against all forms of injustice is love. It is this simple: Loving ourselves so much and doing nothing that would put our lives in jeopardy, 2nd, loving one another as deep as we love ourselves, lastly, loving God so much that we would strive to do the right thing at the right time, in the right manner and at the right place. What do you think?

Most times in life love is not always enough. Peace is not only ensured through love. The values of social justice, fairness, equity and tolerance are necessary ingredient to ensure peace. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Simon James

well, you may argue that love is not enough, but take time and think about it. It's lack or rather deficiency is what leads to the sparking off of all forms of social injustices. Do you think with love there would be any deliberate hurt, think about it. I believe that when we nurture the spirit of love, then there will be fewer injustices. You see, it may look so simple because the issues we're dealing with today are enormous ,I must say. But we all know love may seem so humble a thing, like it was once said: love is the strongest force the world possesses, but the humblest imaginable. Love is a great tool for ensuring sanity is brought into our world so we ultimately have a peaceful world.

well, I talked about love being the solution to most of the conflicts we face today. I'm still stuck on that. History clearly shows how what seems little could on the contrary be great. Looking back at the story of Goliath and David, we see the little man used just a sling and a pebble to destroy the Horrible giant. Well, the same applies today, It is love that can solve most of the problems we face today. Right, first things first, the conflicts we face at present should be solved peacefully. Then, to avoid all these problems in future, we start cultivating the culture of love, we get to learn how to solve our differences in a manner that will draw a proper distinction between we human beings and animals. We should work to impart the spirit of love, of brotherhood, to avoid any terrible conflicts in future. What do you think???????
