Same sex or different???

Everyone seeks colleagues who are easy going and compatible. Do you think having co-workers of same sex is easier to get along with or do you feel otherwise? What are the pros and cons of working with different gender?

compatibility, easy goin, good chemistry: it depends upon the person's attitude not upon the gender.Having the work done with the xpected outcomes, there's a need of person u can trust, u can rely on and i'm sure gender makes no difference on going 2gether. All that matters is how xactly the person u r having 2 work with.As the proverb says, "ALL WELL THAT ENDS WELL", likewise, have u got a true & honest person 2 make the work done it definitely pays u off.The gist of my opinion is that gender doesn't determine the compatibility but the attitude does.

Ishwor, your view is not bad. COZ each and every have their own perception. But, do you think as we seek boys more than girls during our research and other activities finds wanting same sex that reflects working with male than women. Dont u agree?? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sun-e-boy (सूर्य)
