I think it is a very worthy cause, if only to stop the proliferation of nuclear waste that is gradually poisoning us.
If you think that Israel, North Korea, Pakistan and India are about to dump their weapons you are dreaming. I wouldn't even bother thinking that America, Russia, China, France, Britain and the rest would consider ditching theirs either. It is too big a gamble.
There could be a day when something like a nuclear free world would be created but you just know that they would all have a few weapons secretly stashed away, just in case there was a conflict and one side goes surprise surprise, we didn't get rid of all of ours so surrender or die.
No government could countenance that scenario so we struggle on.

While some of us close our eyes to the suffering and human tragedy around us, others try to glamorize it, the depth of decay in our society, the apparent lack of empathy, the prevalence of the mindset of self before others, the greed, maliciousness etc... the list goes on and on, has only helped make our world a horrible place to live in.

That our Gordon Brown is talking about reducing our nuclear submarines from 4 to 3 is a reflection on our economic state rather than any desire to give up nuclear weapons. The UK is in the brown and smelly stuff right up to its neck and the Prime Minister is at an all time low so what better way than to cloak a big spending cut as an international gesture to world peace.
What a bunch of bums.

World leaders must take responsibilities of what is yearning to trigger our World into jeopardy.Nukes pose a threat to human live and existence, but I have come to realise that the threat posed by nukes was only made possible by the dark and slimy conspiracy of the human mind which is pervaded by evil selfishness. We ought to act on our conscience and we have to do it now.Yes,we can!

The thing is that a nuclear strike is so horrific that it will take a despot of the most foul to use it in the first instance.
I think that a Muslim nation could use it first if the leader thought that he would go to paradise etc etc etc.
I think that Israel would use it first to stop a Muslim nation if it thought it was under a serious threat of being attacked.
For the rest, I think it is just a badge of a big swingers club and they know that they would only use it if they were sure they were actually being attacked in a nuclear fashion.
Once again I think it is the waste that is generated by these weapons that is the real threat to humanity but that is swept under the carpet.

We are the ones trying to complicate this things with artificial methods to stop the nuclear raise. The point here is what I refer to as the law of LOVE. Which states that we should love our neighbours as ourselfs. This means that the way you love or hate yourself is directly proportinal to the way you will love or hate your neigbour.All those folks producing those nuclear weapons are merely proving to the international community that they don't love themselves as a result of mental defieciency. i think the best thing we can do is to invest a lot in making available positive and quality knowledge to those folks so that they will begin to realize their self worth and then automatically decease from such.

Hypothetical point: if there were no more nuclear weapons, what's to stop someone, anyone, from making one again? The information will never go away, not at the rate the internet is expanding. And if one person, group or country makes just one bomb, someone else will say 'I need one, too' - and there we go again. Hypothetically.
