Free Online IT training is now available for all the dislocated
workers nationwide. Funding for this program comes from Workforce Investment Act and the recently announced American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Stimulus Package).
All the laid off workers could benefit from free IT Training,
this is their opportunity to retool their skills and get the
job they're looking for at the earliest.

the concept of the online training is perfectly all right and can you please let us know wether other people beyond US could apply for this training since it was a package for some workers in the US.

This training is available to all the dislocated workers nationwide. People from other countries do not qualify for the training as the funding for this program comes from
Workforce Investment Act and the recently announced American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Stimulus Package).
