[Poll] walking or aerobics ?

Hey guys i just want to know which is better for losing weight walking or making hard exercises but the problem is both of them build muscles so anyone can help me to choose the suitable way to lose weight?

I think walking only not loose your weight as you prefer. I think exercise that includes all the body parts can be the best. Regular swimming also helps you to loose your weight, why don't u try it out?

well i like sports in general but i didn't use to swim since i was a kid so it's not suitable now to practice it and i really hate swimming because it build huge muscles so i don't like it , walking is good but i am still confused between walking and aerobics as the most effective way to quickly lose weight that's the point , some people go bricking i think it's good also well i don't know there are many ways to lose weight but u have to double efforts shocked

Do the walking it takes longer but less muscle is build so u loose weight quickersmilesmile Well that is what I am telling myself dont worry in the challenge with youbig grin
