How can we teach qualities like leadership, assertivness, self esteem ,compassion etc to children as a part of the school curriculam

A very creative question seems like this..All the children learn the thing what they are taught in their childhood. Children have got quick imitating behavior than other, so they should be taught behavioral works rather than just theory. Leadership and other training plays a significant role to change their lives. I think children should be given 90% practical knowledge and just 10% theory......
