In most of the underdeveloped and developing countries, it is found that non-communicable diseases are found given less priority,its consequences are very critical.Before the decayed ago, it was found that such diseases were found to occur only in 40+ ages. But recent world and research showed that it is prevalent since young age. What should be the initial steps for its control??????

Its exercise, healthy food and of course good genetic transfer....may be there are others too,,,,
