Is there any global organization provides jobs to world population?

1. MY QUESTION
If there is any, kindly share it on here for netizens benefits. Does it from NGO body or commercial business organization?.
2. MY SUGGESTION
I think it much better to promote this way, especially, there are many world organizations that play important roles to the world countries, such as; G20, EU, etc..
3. MY HOPE
It would be much better for seven (7) continents represent this body to help world population rapidly reach the world economy stability and peace objective.

To me, the entire human race is world citizen. We live in a global world and to me all multinationals and transnational companies are organizations that hire “world citizen”, that is, they have established operations in many geographic areas. However, only certain organizations like the United Nations have legitimacy in enforcing international laws and regulations across national governments. There are many other such organizations such as:
(i) World Trade Organization (WTO)
(ii)World Bank
(iii)International Monetary Fund (IMF)
My hopes are with you regarding “world economic stability” and “world peace”.
I think peaceful and rational discourse via such international organizations will hopefully provide the mechanism for future peace initiatives and world peace.
