Recently in May 2009, the Presidency ordered that Joint Task Force (JTF)raid the Niger Delta region of Nigeria to face militants.
The upsurge is adverse effects on innocent and common people especially children and women.
Young people would always have the right mind to sought out issues.
What alternative can the Yar'Adua administration opt for in order to remedy this menace?
