I recieve lots of this kind of mail on monthly basis so what i do is to arrange for skype
discussion which if you cannot, i will either back off or block the account. I have jst blocked one
last week

I am very annoyed with TIG. I tried to post a thread about China's recent threat to start a war with
the Philippines over a sand bank in the South China Sea.
When I pressed POST, a message came up informing me I had just posted SPAM. If I felt my thread was
not SPAM, I should submit it for consideration. Well, two days have past, and my thread still hasn't
appeared in the Current Events forum.
Meanwhile, a thread titled "Brand new Toshiba - 32C110U - LCD TV - 720p" posted by "smartcompany" is
prominently displayed in the same Current Events forum.
WHAT IS GOING ON???? Is criticism of China automatically rejected as spam??? I think this is a
blatant example of censorship. Your spam sensors are really just Chinese censors!!! Don't expect me
to continue participating in TIG if this goes on.

Hi there! Apologies for the delay in approving your discussion board thread. We had an issue with
our approval system that has been fixed, and your thread has been approved.
In terms of why your thread was flagged as spam, we use the industry standard Akismet system for
reviewing content and tagging it as spam. It's used by millions of web sites so it's hard to know
exactly what about your post triggered the spam censors (and didn't trigger them in the other post
you mentioned, which is indeed spam and has been deleted).

Thank you Mr. Furdyk for your response and actions.
As you might have noticed, I tried today to respond to a thread on US Drones in the Current Events
forum, and was again informed that my post was tagged as SPAM. It seems as if all my posts are beong
tagged as SPAM. There is nothing I am doing consistently that could cause this SPAM notice. I have
to assume your SPAM detection service is censoring all my posts purely based on my name prieten47.
Maybe you need a new service.

Thank you for your kind words, Ms Pervoi. Please notice that no one at TIG bothered to respond to my
May 14 complaint that another of my posts had been tagged as spam. Needless to say, my participation
at TIG has dropped off.
