Recently I've been getting messages from some members of TIG. I think they're not genuine because
their messages are like the ones you receive in your email spam box - this is an example
From Miss Mary John
Greetings to you, I hope this mail will find you well & healthy and I hope we can established a
relationship since we are meeting here for the...i will give you my pictures,and remember that love
doesn't count coulour or distance so we can know our ...
Miss mary.
Maybe we could have someone check the authenticity of these profiles because they are pretty much
like spam, and probably there is no real person behind the profile.
Its not a very serious issue but I'm sure none of us want to be confused with what's real and what's
not.

certainly looks like spam. so TIG shouldn't celebrate a quarter of a million members milestone so
soon. I've received eight spam messages in this past week, the most recent about a million dollar
transaction because of a dead relative. Can we do something about this ?

I used to send insulting messages to the senders, but now I just "report" and then "block" them from
sending me anymore messages.

Its like every day, I get such emails and I report them as I see them. Not only spam but also there
are some people who are misusing the site as site for promoting pornography. I think such accounts
should be deleted from TIG and give TIG a space as usual. I feel ashamed when I see some people
doing so and reducing the charm of TIG.

I agree, Yashoda. Maybe the anonymity afforded by TIG's sign-in procedure makes it too easy for
spammers to always set up new accounts. It smacks of censorship, but there must be some way to
screen new members or their posts to make sure they are serious and not just spamming.

Can someone tell me what is happening here? All the following members have the same content, but why
are they on taking it global ? I think they should stick to casual dating sites.

profiles.

Email spamming is a big problem. Even on forums you get spam PM which surely looks disturbing.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention that---
One time I had answered an E-mail that lead into a direct Yahoo Messenger contact. It was taking a
bit of time for this person to answer a question. I was watching my Mal-ware flipping in threats, as
it may have been possible hacking dut to its report of "suspicious activities". I RAN, lol, and
blocked this individual, and made a thorough report to T.I.G. and also to my worldwide detection
system.
so be careful, a good hacker can get you online and acquire a lot of your personal information.
