what Universal Declaration of Human Rights or the entire package of International Humanitarian Law means for those who 'claim' to have invented both???
[quote]Ministry of Defence admits use of controversial 'enhanced blast' weapons in Afghanistan.
British pilots in Afghanistan are firing an increasing number of "enhanced blast" thermobaric weapons, designed to kill everyone in buildings they strike, the Ministry of Defence has revealed.
Since the start of this year more than 20 of the US-designed missiles, which have what is officially described as a "blast fragmentation warhead", have been fired by pilots of British Apache attack helicopters. A total of 20 were also fired last year after they were bought by the MoD from the Americans last May.
"Human rights groups have serious concerns about the effect of these weapons in populated areas, and their legality seems to be a grey area. The last thing we need in this counter-insurgency campaign is the allegation that civilians are dying at the hands of some kind of terror weapon. Parliament must be reassured these are a weapon of last resort."
The new US-designed weapon was "particularly designed to take down structures and kill everyone in the buildings".[quote]

what difference would human rights' groups' concerns make??? we came across many instances of such concerns and then 'acquittals'.
what do you think in this regard?
killing 'everyone' at the building is solution of the problem?
in accordance with human rights values?

I think less is been done for the observance and respect for these international documents.
Therefore, we should not be only waiting for human right organizations to start the processes of campaigning but that each and everyone should hence forth become a campaigner in our different ways or levels for positive changes around the world. The fact is that, all these things are happening because we are still looking at ourselves as different nationalities forgetting that we where created by just one God and we came into one planet of which we should play our parts whiles on earth to save humanity.
For instance, i am a global citizen who love every human being regardless of the status or nationalities.
