I think....if a person is indugled in smoking..then its very difficult to make him quit smoking unless he himself feels that he shouldnt smoke...one way can be...Repeatedly ask them not to smoke....everytime...some one starts burning cigaratte them...just remind him not to do..so...

Hi jawaddukhgan,
you desire to quit smoking is your first step! Personally I've never smoked a cigarette in all my life but almost a year ago a friend of mine quit smoking in a few weeks (after 6 years of regular smoking and several tries) just reading the book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Caar.
At the beginning I was sceptical... but I had to change my mind!!

Here you can find more info about Carr's book and biography:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allen_Carr

Hope it helps!
Good luck,
cool Kiara

Hi Jawad,
last night on TV I saw a nice EU Spot about an anti-smoking campaign called HELP "for a Life without tobacco".
It is thought for adolescents and young adults. You can find more information about the theme and a lot of tips and advices to quit/avoid smoking (there is also a coaching program sent periodically by email).

Have a look at it!

This is the link to the English version of the campaign website:

www.uk-en.help-eu.com

If you read the book let me know what you think about it! Maybe you can find it in your local library.

Has anyone read it?

cool Kiara

well thanks again Kiara seriously you have given me lots of advice on this topic , and the latest website you gave me seems interesting.

well im gonna try and look for the book in my unniversty's library i doubt that i'll find it there but there's no harm in doing that. i already started reading about Allen Carr on the internet about his approach to this issue and how willpower is not required to quit smoking..... anyways once i find the book and start reading it you will be the first to know Kiara thanks again.

ciao smile
Jawad

Never think about to quit smoking but look at your red blood cells
June 8, 2009 - 12:29 PM

Only $100 for HLB blood test, from its digital photos you can obviously see your own red blood cells whether already ruined by your smoking habit or not. Does it under the stage of "repairable" if found any.

ROTS - Reactive Oxidized Threat Species, not only because of smoking habit, there are 13 sources for it contributing factors. Including depression and carbon monoxide intake.

From HLB blood test - you can know what are the foods or any intake needed by your blood type and all of the "DOs & DONTs".

This type of blood test is very vital for those who have reached 35-year-old, regardless of gender.

Smoking cigarette is not only the major contributing factor, but life style is the most prominent part to determine our physical health and blood health.

We have heard many sportsmen and sportswomen fell down and died during their training session, in fact it shouldn't happened to their group of life style because there all are under professional training and superb foods nutritional menus specifically to fit their health.

But, they forgot about their blood health which already ruined by free radical activity incessantly "rammed" killed their blood healthiness.

This is my experience speaking and not my tongue talking after encountered by sudden heart attack. In fact, I have had been certified by qualified and certified medical panel that my physical health were very well and fine few days before heart attack(angina and infarction) and treated in ICU/operation room for angiogram and angioplastiy.

To avoid bypass surgery, I took modern alternative treatment for Chelation and EECP therapy after taking my HLB blood test.

So better take your HLB blood test before you quit smoking, to learn through self-nature-nurture learning about to see your own blood health status.

Many people don't smoke, but died because of cancer. Especially for female, the lethal breast cancer but they don't smoke. That is why, the important of HLB blood test.

I don't like to judge things bad before I get to know my own physical AND blood health status.

Watch my video, what is actually HLB blood test and the blood status from worst to very well fine at;

http://simurl.com/v2

Remember, many smoking people able to live up to 100 years. But, also many non-smoking only able to live for 40 years. The main thing now is not to threaten ourselves with all of the many so called commercial health promotions. Majority from health industry are on their commercial health business.

The victim must have a made up mind to quit smoking and do it gradually because addiction never comes in a day neither does it go in a day.

Recently, I saw some advertised drugs in Nigeria that are said to work on your central nervous system and help the victim quit the addiction. However, to what level the drugs are effective is what I least know.

Smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your body. I read recently about this man who used to smoke for a little oevr two decades. He suffered from occasional sore throats. One day, he woke up and found that he could not speak anymore. He had lost his voice. It was due to a throat tumor. After radiation therapy he regained his voice for a couple of days, but lost it again. It was a question of his life, so they removed the tumour, and along with it he lost his voice permanently, and now he breathes only through a hole in his throat, can't talk , has to use a machine to talk where only robotic sounds are emitted, can't eat what he likes, can't run, can't shower.

This is a true case of what happened to this man who was addicted to tobacco. I read about this in The Hindu newspaper.
Now imagine what damage has already been inflcited upon your body.
