Why should we train our employees? It is a waste of money because they soon leave and another orginization gets the benefit!
Its Part of a Project to Contradict The Above Statement (Management Degree)

employees should be trained and made to sign a bond that obligates them to work for the company who trained them for a year or so. that way attrition rates won't be so high. maybe.

First thing is that, we can also be "the other company" to other company, who get the trained employees to work for us.
Secondly, as siddiqua said, we sign contract to obligate employees to work for us a certain amount of time, which if converted to profit, can be far much more than the cost of training.
Third is that, it's inevitable. If you dont train, you don't have skilled employees, means yours company cannot operate well.
Sounds like "between the 2 bad, choose the less bad"

This company didn't train them ,and the other didn't, and the one after it didn't , who will? they will end up not knowing what to do and the minute they get hired they will ruin the job, I say we better train them.
And another point is trainers usually cover the places of employees but with less rages and money, I don't see anyone losing here.
