What do you think about the leader's characteristics? are you ready to be a leader?

What do you need from your leader? An ideal leader that you can find out? Is it necessary for a leader to get on well with people?
Personally, a leader is not a convival person, because his task is telling people what to do. I don't think he is there for making friends with people. If I were a leader, I would not do that too. I have seen a lot of famous mangager. I don't know how they are in their real life but they look rather friendly in the television. JOhn Davision Rockerfeller is my ideal leader. He must be a dertermined, a little amusing, strengthened and reliable.

I THINK THAT EVERY LEADER MUST HAVE WISDOM OF LEADERSHIP AND MUST ALSO HAVE A HUGE HEART. WISDOM IS NOT ACHIEVED FROM SCHOOL BUT ITS RATHER A NATURAL KNOWLEDGE THAT GOD GIVES. A HUGE HEART I MEAN, LEADERS MUST BE READY TO TOLERATE ANY KIND OF ATTITUDE.
A LEADER MUST ALSO HAVE LOVE, COMPASSION AND MUST BE WICKED AS WELL.
THIS IS HOW I THINK LEADERS MUST BE.

I feel to be an effective leader one has to have a clear, fresh, new and creative vision. He should have the courage to stick by his philosophies, take personal (social,financial and proffesional) risks. He must create a sense of urgency amongst his fellow followers, nd shud gain their ultimate trust. A leader is a person with extraordinary ability to empower people to make good decisions for the benefit of the whole.
