In our lives there is probably nothing more important than the quality of our relationships. Our relationships influence the major decisions we make and are a large part of our happiness.What do you think the relationship plays a role in influencing the decisions and quality life?

 Faithfullness, responsible towards each other, having obligations and of course communication barrier shouldnt be there.

I think that one of the most important factors in having great relationships, is respect. I believe in the sentence "what you give you get". When someone, no matter who, knows that you have respect for them, though it may take a while, will learn to respect you. What you put out always comes back. If you treat people the way that you would like to be treated, difficult situations can turn out to be good learning bumps.

According to me a good relationship can be created when forgive and forget the mistakes of our friends. whatever it is-whether the mistake is in our friends, we should learn to take it in a positive way. No one can be the same at all times. Everyone have good and bad and irritating times. There is no wrong in giving up first.. we dont get down by it.. when we give up thus for, say, 2 0r 3 times, then our friends will pick up our nature and thus a good relationship will be created.
It is better to be quite, than talking when we are in a fury.

Many of the qualities have already beenstated before ienteredtediscussion still in the view point of strengtheninging relationship mostessential facotr is trust, reliability and thecommonfeaturetodo what we wouldlikeothers to do unto us. From many view points we will have differnet skills, comunications tools andmany other ethical portions within it butthe core lies between understnading the other person is oneoftheessential features between this.

I think there is no one correct way to answer this question because every relationship is different. Clear expectations and open communication and mutual respect always help immensely in my experience however.

Without repeating many of the already well stated points, I just wanted to add that it is important to also sincerely care and think about the others happiness. Of course the relationship makes us happy...thats why we are in it, but it is also to put their happiness in front of our own at times and really give to them without thinking of what will return. This applies for any and all kinds of relationships.

Trust, Respect, Loyalty and Communication.
You can't hold a serious relationship with someone you can't talk to, nor someone you can't trust when you aren't around, or someone who is going to turn their back on you.
