If you had the chance to speak to G8...

If you had the chance to speak to G8, what's your suggested solution for curbing spread of HIV/AIDS?

What do you think would be a good incentive for people to get tested?

I will tell them to start doing their own voluntary test so that they could motivate others but most of them have even not done their own test and so others could hadly go for test.
I will also tell them to accept the fact that, there is hiv/aids existing.
I will also tell them to adopt strong measures especially legal steps to discourage stimatizations.

Problem prevention has always been much easier and essential than problem resolution. And I bet anyone would agree on this point. It's not simply about finishing the self test but it's more about the wareness of the disease. If we talk about the developing or undeveloped nations, people don't have access to proper media to be aware of disease. An attempt in this direction would certainly help to improve the situation to some extent.
