Not So I think. Russia and China are other two giants and USA's monopoly will not work now as in the past, after the break down of Eastern Block.

Yes In many ways it has become corrupted. But all must understand that its just an illusion of power, because they have the world running off of the same systems, when in fact all the people of the world can completely change the way they do business. It doesn't have to be done through politics and paper currencies. People may argue that it is necessary to operate in the way we do today(meaning economically and politically), but in reality this is just to keep all in line with their thinking and keeps the door of power open to the few who are priviledged enough to control most of the world's precious resources. Its not just the U.S. who is corrupted, its all of us, we are doing everything we are told to do diligently, such as the boys and girls who enlist in the military, who go overseas to kill whom they are ordered to kill. Its us who buy things we don't need, its us that support regimes that lie to us constantly. Its the people who support such madness who are corrupt, and the people who consume resources mindlessly. Our societies were molded so that there is always profit to be made and people to silence...
Just remember, each of us has the authority to live differently, if enough human beings stand together to change the status-quo, and I don't mean just by voting, I mean actually believing that there is another way. So many will tell you that it can't be done, that it is the way it is because there is no other way. but I say that its just an illusion engineered to keep power in the hands of the 1% of the global population that holds most of the world's wealth. Think Differently! Don't believe the skeptical, they are wrong. Life doesn't have to have all the things we believe we need today. Trust me.
